06 Sep Muireann and Mark, Surrey
Brides take note: you really can’t guarantee any date in the year won’t have some rain! The 14th of August should have had good odds but even that wasn’t to be.
Still, Muireann and Mark were totally unfazed by the weather and we had lots of sunshine as well, so managed plenty of photos outdoors. (It was touch and go on the large group photo with umbrellas going up and coming down, but we got there!)
With the ceremony in the beautiful Ealing Abbey and reception at Ham Polo Club in Richmond, I was really spoilt for gorgeous venue surroundings. Particular highlights for me: squeezing Muireann’s dress into the compact Golf (Mark 1 Golf Convertible to be precise, a love of Mark’s life even before Muireann!). Fantastic speech by the bridesmaids and hilarious pictures from the best men and Muireann on a horse, the first bride at Ham Polo Club to do so! Great ceilidh dancing by Muireann’s Irish family.
So, without further ado, I am very excited to share these images as the first wedding I’ve covered all by myself and hoping all my wedding couples are going to be as lovely and fun! Thanks Muireann and Mark!
